The problem this solves

Buying a server with a GPU is easy. Making it work for the actual task is harder: split the card between virtual machines, bring up a cluster, set up storage, get monitoring running, and then keep all of it alive.

Usually a second company shows up at this point. And with it the classic situation: something misbehaves, the supplier says «the hardware is fine, check the settings», the integrator says «the settings are correct, check the hardware». The customer sits in between.

The partnership removes exactly that situation. Questions about the hardware and questions about how it runs now sit with one team.

What you can now order together

A cluster for local AI. Nodes with GPUs, cards split between virtual machines, an environment for running models inside the company perimeter. The data never leaves.

A private cloud instead of rent. Your own hardware, virtualization, migration of the services you already run. For companies whose cloud bills have grown into a noticeable expense line.

Virtual workstations. One card serves several dozen users, people have thin clients on their desks, and all the compute work happens in the server room.

Common questions

Does this mean hardware can now be bought only together with services?

No. Hardware was sold on its own before and still is. The partnership adds an option, not a restriction: if you have your own engineers, you simply buy the hardware.

Who is responsible for the hardware warranty?

ETE. The warranty on the hardware stays with us and is processed through the official vendor channel, no matter who configured that hardware.

What if the infrastructure is already built on other hardware?

That is the usual case. Virtualization and cloud work does not require that every piece of hardware was bought from us.

Where do we start if the task is not defined yet?

With a conversation about the workload: what you plan to run, how many people will work with it, what constraints apply to the data. The configuration follows from that, not the other way round.
