Who does the technical work?
Engineering is delivered by our partner Vixen.UNO, a team with international experience and a high level of engineer certification. ETE provides hardware supply, warranty and project support in Ukraine.
Is the strategy session really free?
Yes, the first strategy session (15–30 min) is free and carries no commitment. The infrastructure audit is a separate paid stage.
Which services do you cover?
Information security, consulting and audits, virtualisation (server, VDI, network, storage), cloud services and training. We match the solution to your task.
What happens to production during the work?
Work is planned around agreed maintenance windows with rollback points: critical systems move in stages, with a check at every step.
Who is the contract with, and who owns the result?
The contract is with ETE, a Ukrainian company. One point of responsibility for supply, deployment and support, so questions do not bounce between contractors.
