Payment for goods:

After you place an order at the ETE.ua online store, a company representative will contact you to agree on the delivery and payment terms.

We offer our customers the following payment methods:

1. Cash payment:

  •    Payment is made at a "Nova Poshta" branch when you receive the goods.
  •    Payment at the pickup point.

2. Cash on delivery:

  • Payment is made at a "Nova Poshta" branch when you receive the goods.

3. Card payment:

  • Card payment is made through the terminal at the pickup point.
  • Payment via Apple Pay.
  • Payment via Google Pay.

4. Payment by bank details:

Payment is made to our IBAN account.

5. Bank transfer:

  • Payment is made on the basis of the invoice we issue.

 

Delivery of goods:

Goods from the ETE.ua online store are delivered by our logistics partner, the "Nova Poshta" company, all over Ukraine.

Once we receive your order, our manager will contact you to confirm it and arrange the delivery of the goods. Orders received at the weekend are processed on the next working day.

Delivery is carried out on working days (Monday through Friday).

Self-pickup:

Our customers can collect their order themselves at this address once it is agreed with the manager: Kyiv, 7/9 Yaroslavskyi Lane, office 4, Monday through Friday (from 10:00 to 17:30).

Delivery across Ukraine:

Goods are delivered across Ukraine by the "Nova Poshta" courier service to whichever branch suits the customer.

For orders from 4000 UAH, delivery by "Nova Poshta" is free, except for oversized goods.

For orders below 4000 UAH, the delivery cost follows the carrier's tariffs.

Orders below 400 UAH and computers are shipped after partial prepayment.

The cash on delivery fee is paid by the recipient.
