Hynix server module, 16 ГБ, CSODIMM with error correction, 6400 MHz.
What it is
A CSODIMM is a compact module with a clock driver on board. The driver regenerates the clock signal on the module itself, which is what allows 6400 MT/s in a form factor previously capped at 5600. The format is new, so check the platform against the vendor list.

FAQ
Does this module have ECC?
There is no system-level ECC: the organisation is 2Gx64, eight chips, with no extra eight bits for correction. On-die ECC is present, as on all DDR5, but it does not catch bus errors. If you need true system ECC, look at 2Gx72 modules with ten chips.
Then what is the clock driver for?
It buys speed, not reliability. Without it the SO-DIMM format stops at 5600; with it the module holds 6400. This is memory for platforms that need bandwidth rather than system-level correction.
Where do these modules go?
Into compact workstations, network appliances and edge machines on recent chipsets that support an on-module clock driver.
