Argus GPS-800 – powerful and reliable!
The GPS series from Argus — powerful and reliable power supplies with an output of 600 W, 700 W, 800 W and 900 W. Thanks to 80PLUS® Gold 230V EU certification and state-of-the-art components, the GPS series will help you stay up to date both when upgrading existing systems and when equipping new ones. To protect the installed hardware and the power supply itself, we didn’t compromise and equipped the GPS series power supplies with five protection circuits (OPP, SCP, OVP, OCP and NLP).
The entire GPS series is equipped with a smooth 140 mm fan with intelligent fan control, or IFC for short. IFC ensures that the power supply fan only starts cooling when the internal temperature of the power supply exceeds 65°C. If the internal temperature drops below 65°C, the fan switches back to standby mode - this results in an extremely low noise level of the power supply.
As for the variety of connections, we’ve also taken care of the highest possible efficiency and, with the exception of the 20+4pin connection, we’ve designed all the other cable strands as flat ribbon versions, which saves space and time during routing. The GPS-800 has four available PCIe 6+2 connections and six S-ATA. Thanks to 66 A on the 12 V rail, there’s more than enough power for demanding hardware. We round off the overall package with a 60-month manufacturer warranty for the entire GPS series.
